Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours before the appointment time to secure your booking.
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may choose either:

• a full refund; or

• a full credit towards a future coaching session.
   

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 50% credit towards a future coaching session.
 

If you do not attend your scheduled session with less than 2 hours of prior notice, the session will be treated as a no-show and no refund or credit will be provided.
 

If Soul Call Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to book another appointment at no additional cost.
